Aran joins AgilityEco to accelerate the fight against fuel poverty and contribute to GB’s net zero future
We’re excited to announce that Aran Group has today been officially acquired by AgilityEco, marking a significant milestone in our journey to deliver energy efficiency services that make a real difference to people’s lives.
Since our incorporation in 2012, Aran has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality retrofit solutions to local authority and social housing clients. Partnering with AgilityEco, an industry leader in managing energy efficiency programmes, will allow us to scale our impact even further. Together, we aim to upgrade over 28,000 homes in 2026 alone.
This acquisition enables us to strengthen our offering to clients, combining AgilityEco’s end-to-end programme management expertise with our contracting capabilities and deep technical knowledge. It also creates exciting new opportunities for our supply chain to access funded schemes, ensuring even greater support for vulnerable households.
We’re proud that our 62-strong team will continue to operate under the Aran brand for the time being, with plans to eventually integrate into the AgilityEco brand. As we move forward, we’ll continue to work with our trusted delivery partners and clients, upholding the same standards and commitment to quality that Aran is known for.
