Procurement Routes

Aran are an approved provider for several public sector frameworks and dynamic purchasing systems.  Frameworks help reduce the complexity of procurement by offering an open, fair and transparent service. They are designed to ensure ease of access and offer a compliant route to contract.

LHC RETROFIT AND DECARBONISATION FRAMEWORK (N9)

Aran have successfully been appointed to LHCs new Retrofit and Decarbonisation (N9) Framework.

Aran have secured places on Workstream 2 - Multi-Disciplinary Works, Workstream 3 - Building Insulation, Workstream 4 - Heating and Ventilation Systems and Workstream 6 - Solar PV and Electrical. 

Fully OJEU compliant, the framework is suitable for low, medium and high-rise housing schemes, schools and colleges and all other types of public sector buildings.

 

Efficiency North (EN): Procure Gen-4

Aran are an approved provider on the EN: Procure Gen-4 framework for installations, repairs and maintenance. The procurement arm of social housing consortium Efficiency North has recently launched the next iteration of its Installation and Repairs Framework across 36 lots for social housing projects and other public sector owned buildings including solid wall insulation, loft and cavity wall insulation, solar PV and whole house retrofit.

 

Action on Energy

Cambridge City Council procured Aran as one of 5 companies to their Action on Energy Framework. Action on Energy Cambridgeshire is a partnership between Cambridgeshire County Council, Cambridge City Council, East Cambridgeshire District Council, Fenland District Council, Huntingdonshire District Council and South Cambridgeshire District Council.

This framework provides Councils across Suffolk with a simple route to procurement to improve the energy efficiency of homes across the county and it also allows Aran to support Cambridgeshire’s vision to achieve net zero by 2045.

Suffolk Energy Action Framework

Suffolk County Council procured Aran as one of 6 companies to deliver retrofitting to domestic sector properties across the whole of Suffolk on behalf of the local authority members of the Suffolk Climate Change Partnership (SCCP). This framework will provide Suffolk local authorities with the ability to manage the installation of high-quality domestic energy efficiency and low carbon heat and renewables measures, and access sector-relevant funding or finance to benefit Suffolk households and reduce emissions.
